Before
her professional career began, Joyce's passion for design was sparked by her early
studies of art and architecture in Italy and apprenticeships at the Stanford Graduate
Program. Even during her professional career, Joyce's committment to staying on
top of design concerns and new information and products led her to classes on
accessibility design, building codes and lighting design. That committment continues
as JCDA celebrates its 25th year of designing interiors for residential and commercial
clients.
